Handmade Skin on Frame Canoe

This canoe was made from lumber from around Minneapolis. It is all hand stitched and hand tied to give it flexibility and strength. Easily up kept with a bit of boiled linseed oil and a small quart of paint. The covering is ultra thick rip-stop ballistic nylon, and three coats of exterior paint. Brass and Walnut details help contrast the pine and cedar frame. Seats two paddlers.
